Ambassador John D. Negroponte

Deputy Secretary of State, 2007-2009

Amb. Negroponte is a former diplomat with nearly 40 years of experience, serving most recently as the Deputy Secretary of State in the Obama and Bush Administrations.  He was appointed the first Director of National Intelligence in 2005 by President Bush.  He served as US Ambassador to Iraq, the United Nations, Mexico, Honduras, and the Philippines.  He has also served on the National Security Council, and he is currently the Chairman Emeritus of the Council of the Americas.

Maj. Gen. Jocelyn M. Seng

United States Air Force (ret.)

 

Maj. Gen. Seng is a former USAF officer with 30 years experience.  Her assignments include mobilization assistant to the Commander and President, Air University; mobilization assistant to the Military Deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisitions; Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Science, Technology and Engineering, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.  She has received the Distinguished Service Medal and the Legion of Merit.
