Is accommodation provided?

While accommodation is not included in the ticket price, we are working with the Omni New Haven Hotel to reserve a block of rooms at a reduced rate. Please check back at this page for updated information regarding the special rate. We also have a limited number of berths for visiting students to stay with Yale midshipmen. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.

Are meals provided?

Meals are included in the ticket price of the conference.

Is transportation provided from the airport to Yale?

We are not able to provide transportation to or from airports to Yale, but New Haven is conveniently located at a major railway junction served by the Hartford Line, Shoreline East, Metro North, and the Northeast Regional lines serving most of the Northeast and New England. Buses are also available.

The conference is open to anyone interested in American maritime strategy, with a special emphasis on members of the naval community as well as undergraduate students.
