Our opening keynote address will be delivered by ADM Mike Mullen, USN (ret), former Chief of Naval Operations and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The 2023 Yale NROTC Leadership Conference will take place in person from 31 March to 1 April 2023.

The 2023 Yale NROTC Leadership Conference will engage in the theme of Global Leadership and Maritime Strategy. 

Registration for the 2023 Conference is now closed, with the exception of Yale Faculty/Staff/Students.
