General Stanley McChrystal, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Founder, McChrystal Group 

 

General (retired) Stan McChrystal currently serves as a managing partner of the McChrystal Group, which he founded in 2011, and is also a senior fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Throughout a 33-year Army career, he served as Commander of US and ISAF Forces in Afghanistan and Commander, Joint Special Operations Command. He has authored two books, My Share of the Task and Team of Teams: New Rules of Engagement for a Complex World. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, the Naval War College, and the Special Forces Officer Course.

Senator Richard Blumenthal

U.S. Senator, Connecticut

Senator Richard Blumenthal has been serving as a U.S. Senator since 2011. In the Senate, Senator Blumenthal serves on the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, the Committee on the Judiciary, the Committee on Armed Services, and the Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation. Prior to being elected to the Senate, he served five terms as Connecticut's Attorney General and as a U.S. Attorney in Connecticut. Senator Blumenthal served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.

Senator Blumenthal is a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School.

Major General Linda Urrutia-Varhall

Director of Operations, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency

​

Major General Urrutia-Varhall became the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) Director of Operations in July, 2016 as the most recent assignment in more than 30 years of service with the U.S. Air Force. As Director of Operations, she is responsible for NGA’s worldwide operational support and the execution of the agency’s mission across the intelligence community and Department of Defense.


Maj. Gen. Urrutia-Varhall is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, the Defense Intelligence College, and was a defense fellow at Georgetown University. 

Gregory Ehrie

Special Agent in Charge, Intelligence Division, FBI New York Field Office

 

Gregory Ehrie is currently the Special Agent in Charge of the Intelligence Division at the Federal Bureau of Investigation's New York Field Office. Mr. Ehrie has had a 19-year career at the FBI, serving in roles such as a supervisory special agent in the FBI Counterterrorism Division, and Section Chief of the Domestic Terrorism Operations Section.

 

Mr. Ehrie previously served in the U.S. Air Force and is a graduate of Manhattan College.
