ADM (ret.) John M. Richardson
31st Chief of Naval Operations, 2015-2019

ADM Richardson currently serves as the 31st Chief of Naval Operations. His previous assignments include Commodore of Submarine Development Squadron (DEVRON) 12; Commander, Submarine Group 8; Commander, Submarine Allied Naval Forces South; Deputy Commander, U.S. 6th Fleet; Chief of Staff, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Africa; Commander, Naval Submarine Forces, and Director of Naval Reactors.
VADM Philip G. Howe
Associate Director for Military Affairs, CIA

VADM Howe is currently the Associate Director for Military Affairs at the Central Intelligence Agency. He previously served as the 55th President of the Naval War College, and was the first SEAL officer to hold this assignment. Prior to that, VADM Howe served as Commander, Special Operations Command Pacific.
